Day 127 - winter's last stand...again!!!

When I posted with that title a while ago, I was pretty sure that was it for the year.In spite of all the spring flowers we have posted, what passes for winter here just seems to want to hang on this year. This is a pretty late rain/ice/snow/hail/whatever storm for these parts. Hope the tomato plants that went in last weekend make it.

Living in Yellowstone Park is also a challenge. Never know what to wear. At least I don't have to worry about plants.

No snow and ice here though the rain was a pain but I welcomed it's ability to feed and nourish the plants. I won't be setting out tomatoes at all. Too many animals eat them before I can get to them.
Today is a sunny day (again. Yay)

I hope that this is it for your winter as well. Enough of the snow and cold already... I feel your pain John! May 4th we got at least 6" or more, although it didn't last long it was a pain in the butt driving to work that morning!

Best of luck with the tomato plants and nice photo by the way!
