Spent the day getting back home from Kauai. We had just sat down on the plane in Honolulu, when I looked up and noticed the flip-flop stuck hanging out of the overhead bin. It seemed to symbolize something but I don't have the words. It just makes me smile. BTW - this was not seen as a problem by the flight attendent who went around checking these bins before take-off. Later, once we landed, the owner of the flip-flop opened the compartment and the shoe and other assorted things fell out almost landing on my traveling partner. Aloha.
