Day 143 - lost in the supermarket

I'm all lost in the supermarket
I can no longer shop happily
I came here for that special offer
A guaranteed personality.

It's no longer the flower department at Safeway, now it's the poetry-in-bloom section.
And what decent supermarket doesn't have a Starbucks or Peet's inside? We are so special.

Wow, I wonder if all of the Safeways are going to go this route now? It amazes me that you can get your groceries, stop off for a coffee and now peruse poetry all under one roof... what next?

This is pretty weird. I have not noticed all of the marketing ploys at my local safeway. must mean they are working on me subliminally. Dammit.
